Sleeps 2-4
This one bedroom holiday let sleeps two and has a top quality sofa bed for a further two in the living room.
Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi is provided in case you need to contact the office, but please be aware that we are deep in the Sussex countryside and the internet connection may be slower than you are used to!
Private Garden and BBQ
Guests have access to a private garden and barbecue, and are welcome to use the petanque court and two adult bicycles.
Wood-Burning Stove
The Loft features a rustic wood-burning stove, fuelled by logs from our own woods, making it permanently cosy and a real home-from-home.
Luxurious Shower
The modern, well-equipped bathroom adjoins the bedroom with a large, luxurious power shower, basin and WC. Heated towel rails ensure your soft towels are always warm and ready for use.
Entertainment
A TV/DVD player with a selection of DVDs is provided, along with board games and playing cards in case of rainy days.
Modern Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen includes a cooker with gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and all the cooking equipment you could need!
Easy Parking
Free, off-road parking is provided right outside your door.
Pets Welcome
Friendly pets are welcome to stay at the Loft, by prior arrangement only, and must not be left in the property unaccompanied.
Laundry Facilities
We offer access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, upon request, and an area for hanging wet coats and boots is also provided.
Baby Equipment
A cot and stair guard are available. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use them.
